Ingredients

1 tablespoon corn flour

2 tablespoons cold water

113 grams mushrooms, sliced

113 grams lettuce hearts, shredded

227 grams lobster meat, diced

1 teaspoon. fresh ginger, minced

4-5 spring onions, chopped
Method
1. Mix corn flour with water.
2. Fry mushrooms and lettuce, using half the oil, for 3 minutes. Remove.
3. Add rest of oil. Dip lobster into corn flour mixed with water and fry
for 3 minutes.
4. Add fried vegetables and cook together for 3 minutes.
5. Add ginger and spring onions, blend in, and serve.
