Ginger Lobster Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon corn flour

  • 2 tablespoons cold water

  • 113 grams mushrooms, sliced

  • 113 grams lettuce hearts, shredded

  • oil

  • 227 grams lobster meat, diced

  • 1 teaspoon. fresh ginger, minced

  • 4-5 spring onions, chopped
     

Method

 

1. Mix corn flour with water.
2. Fry mushrooms and lettuce, using half the oil, for 3 minutes. Remove.
3. Add rest of oil. Dip lobster into corn flour mixed with water and fry for 3 minutes.
4. Add fried vegetables and cook together for 3 minutes.
5. Add ginger and spring onions, blend in, and serve.
