Fried Sprats Recipe

cooking time: 15 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 450 grams cleaned sprats

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • flour

  • 570 ml oil

  • 1 dessertspoon soy sauce
     

Method

 

1. Coat sprats with egg and flour.
2. Deep fry in oil, putting in 4-5 fish at a time.
3. When . they turn golden, remove, drain and sprinkle with a few drops of soy sauce.
