Fried Salmon Steak with Orange Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen salmon steak

  • 1 large orange

  • ground white pepper

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp corn flour

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsps water

 

Method

 

1. Juice orange. Cut a little orange peel.

2. Rinse salmon steak and wipe dry. Spread over the marinade and set aside for a while.

3. Coat salmon steak with corn flour and fry until both sides are golden brown. Keep warm.

4. Bring orange sauce to the boil over low heat. Add orange peel and cook until the sauce thickens. Pour

   over the salmon steak. Serve.
