Fried Salmon Head with Lemon Butter Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 side frozen salmon head

  • 1 lemon

  • ground white pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 4 tbsps lemon juice

  • 2 tbsps butter

  • 2 tbsps sugar

  • 2 tbsps water

 

Method

 

1. Rinse and wipe dry salmon head. Marinate for a while.

2. Juice lemon. Shred a few pieces of lemon peel.

3. Coat salmon head with a little corn flour. Fry until done and drain. Pour in the lemon butter sauce and

   lemon peel. Cook until the sauce thickens. Serve.
