Method
1. Rinse and wipe dry salmon head. Marinate for a while. 2. Juice lemon. Shred a few pieces of lemon peel. 3. Coat salmon head with a little corn flour. Fry until done and drain. Pour in the lemon butter sauce and lemon peel. Cook until the sauce thickens. Serve.
