Method
1. Season oysters with salt and pepper to
taste.
2. Combine egg, flour and water to make a batter.
3. Dip oysters into it and deep fry. (As soon as they float up and turn
golden, they are ready.)
4. Sprinkle with spring onions and serve.
Note:
Alternatively, the spring onions can be added to the batter.
