Fried Lobster with Rice Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 170 grams thick rice noodles

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • hot water

  • 227 grams lobster meat, diced

  • 85 grams bean sprouts

  • 30 grams mushrooms, sliced

  • 57 grams cucumber, sliced

  • 57 grams water chestnuts, sliced

  • 57 grams bamboo shoots, sliced

  • 30 grams celery, sliced

  • salt

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 dessertspoon soy sauce

  • stock to cover

 

Method

 

1. Put the noodles in a bowl, cover with hot water and leave to stand for 30 minutes.

2. Heat oil in pan and saute the lobster for 1 minute.

3. Add all the vegetables and cook together for 1 minute.

4. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce and stock.

5. Cook for 1 minute, add drained noodles, cook for 2 minutes and serve.
