Fried Lobster with Bean Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 227 grams lobster meat, sliced

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 680 grams bean sprouts

  • stock

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon corn flour

  • 2 tablespoons cold water

  • 15 grams spring onions

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

 

Method

 

1. Heat oil in pan, put in the lobster, cook for 1 minute, and season with salt to taste.

2. Add bean sprouts, toss together for 2 seconds, cover with stock and simmer for 1 minute.

3. Add pepper, sugar and corn flour diluted with water and cook for 1 minute.

4. Cut the spring onions into 2-inch pieces and add to the pan.

5. Sprinkle in sesame oil. Cook for 1 minute, and serve
