Method
1. Trim off antennae and legs from large shrimps. Cut along the back at the shell. Devein, rinse and wipe dry. Coat with a little corn flour. Fry until golden brown and done. Transfer to the plate. 2. Mix the washabi sauce and bring to the boil. Add the corn flour solution to thicken the mixture. Pour over the shrimps and serve.
