Fried Fish with Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

  • 450 grams fish (any round fish)

  • 1 tablespoon corn flour

  • 1 tablespoon cold water

  • 57 grams mushrooms

  • 2 onions

  • 30 grams bamboo shoots

  • oil

 

Method

 

I Cut fish into thin slices.
2 Mix corn flour with water and dip fish in it.
3 Slice mushrooms, onions and bamboo shoots and fry in a little oil for 3 minutes.
4 Remove vegetables, add rest of oil, heat and fry the fish for 2 minutes, turning carefully.
5 Put back the onions, mushrooms and bamboo shoots, add a tablespoon water, cover with lid and

  simmer for 1 minute.
(The dish is ready as soon as the fish turns white.)
