Method
1. Heal oil, fry the shallots, mustard seeds and curry leaves. 2. Add the crab and salt. 3. Stir well pouring in the thin milk. 4. Stir in ground spices, turmeric powder and garlic. Allow crab to cook gently till dry. 5. Stir in the thick milk. As soon as it simmers, remove from heat.
