Fish in Crab Sauce Recipe

cooking time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • oil for deep frying

  • 450 grams fish, boned

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten

  • 1 teaspoon Ve-Tsin

  • 2 teaspoons corn flour

  • meat of 1 crab (or small can crab meat)

  • 140 ml milk
     

Method

 

1. Put oil to heat.
2. Wash the fish, dry on a cloth and cut into uniform bite-size pieces.
3. Put fish in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon salt, egg-white, Ve-Tsin and 1 teaspoon corn flour, mix well

   to coat all pieces and deep fry for 5-6 minutes, until crisp and golden.
4. Drain, put on a heated serving dish and keep warm.
5. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a small pan, add crab meat, cook for
1/2 minute, add milk and remaining

    salt and corn flour.
6. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens, pour over fish and serve.
