Fish Balls in Savory Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons spring onions, minced

  • 2 tablespoons fish stock

  • fish balls

 

Method

 

1. Heat oil with salt and pepper.
2. Add soy sauce, spring onions and fish stock.
3. Cook for 2 minutes, toss fish balls in mixture and serve.
