Method
1. Shell shrimps and reserve the tails. Cut open at the back. Devein, rinse and wipe dry. Marinate for a while. 2. Rinse cherry tomatoes and Roman lettuce. Refrigerate. 3. Coat shrimps with corn flour. Deep fry in boiling oil until done and drain. 4. Mix shrimps, pomelo flesh and salad dressing. Serve with cherry tomatoes and Roman lettuce.
