Deep Fried Lobster Recipe

cooking time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 680 grams lobster

  • 2 tablespoons corn flour

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tablespoon water

  • 280 ml oil for deep frying

  • salt and pepper

 

Method

 

1. Remove lobster flesh from shell and cut the meat into small pieces.

2. Mix corn flour, egg and water to make Chinese batter.

3. Bring oil to the boil.

4. Dip lobster into batter and drop the pieces one by one into smoking hot oil.

5. Fry gently until golden.

6. Drain, sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
