Method
1. Take the crab out of the shell and claws, without detaching any of
the smaller legs.
2. Chop into 4 or more pieces depending on size, in such a way that
each piece has a leg attached to it.
3. Beat egg with milk, add salt to taste, and holding each piece of
crab by a leg, dip into egg
and breadcrumbs.
4. Deep fry in very hot oil until golden.
5. Drain on greaseproof paper and serve.
