Deep Fried Crab Claws Recipe

cooking time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 4 crab claws, cooked

  • 4-5 large shrimps, cooked and shelled

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Ve-Tsin

  • 1 egg white, beaten

  • oil for deep frying

  • com flour
     

Method

 

1. Carefully extract the meat from the crab claws without breaking it.
2. Leave the tips of the shell on.
3. Pound the shrimps, or put through a blender to reduce to a smooth puree.

   Season with salt and pepper to taste, add Ve-Tsin and fold in egg white to bind the forcemeat.
4. Using equal portions of the forcemeat, pack it around each claw, shaping it to the claw form.
5. Heat the oil.
6. Dust crab claws with corn flour, deep fry until golden and serve at once.
