Method
1. Heat oil with garlic and salt. 2. Add cuttlefish tails and brown quickly on both sides ( 2 minutes). 3. Mix soy sauce, sherry, hot water, and sugar, pour this mixture over the fish, cover. 4. Bring to the boil, sprinkle with spring onions and serve.
