Method
1. Heat the oil with garlic. 2. Add cuttlefish, season with salt and sauté for 5 minutes. 3. Add onion, celery, pepper, and mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes. 4. Blend soy sauce, sherry, corn flour and water. 5. Pour into the pan, bring to the boil, add spring onions and serve.
