Ingredients

450 grams crab meat

57 grams fresh mushrooms, chopped

30 grams spring onions chopped

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

salt and pepper

1 whole egg

1 egg, beaten

2 tablespoons corn flour

oil for deep frying

1 tablespoon brandy (or gin)

sweet sour sauce
Method
1. Chop crab meat, combine with mushrooms, spring onions, oyster sauce,
salt and pepper to taste, and bind
with an egg.
2. Shape into little balls, dip in beaten egg and corn flour.
3. Heat the oil, add to it brandy or gin, and deep fry the kromeskis
until golden.
4. Drain and serve with sweet sour sauce.
