Crab Hollandaise Recipe

cooking time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 1 c. lump crabmeat

  • 1 egg hard boiled and grated

  • 2 tbsp sherry

  • peanut oil

  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 1/2 c. hollandaise sauce

  • generous dash of Tabasco

 

Method

 

1. Pour peanut oil in saucepan.

2. Add crabmeat, grated egg and seasonings. Heat thoroughly.

3. Place in 1 1/2qt casserole and cover with hollandaise. Brown under broiler.
