Crab with Eggs Recipe

cooking time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1 teaspoon

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 large dressed crab

  • 6 eggs, beaten

  • 2-3 spring onions, cut in 1-inch lengths
     

Method

 

1. Slice the onion in very thin long strips and cook in oil until transparent.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Add crab meat and fry quickly for 2-3 minutes, stirring all the time.
4. Pour in eggs, cook long enough for the eggs to set.
5. Sprinkle with spring onions and serve.
