Braised Abalone Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can abalone

  • 1 dessertspoon oil

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • 1 dessertspoon corn flour

  • 1 dessertspoon oyster sauce

  • water

  • soy sauce

Method

 

1. Cut abalone into thin slices.
2. Heat the oil, brown the garlic in it, add abalone and oyster sauce and cook for 5 minutes,

    stirring frequently.
3. Mix corn flour with liquid from the abalone can and water to bring the quantity up to 140 ml.
4. Add to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
5. Simmer for a few minutes, add soy sauce and serve.
