Bass with Ginger Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 bass (910 grams)

1 dessertspoon salt

water

1 teaspoon oil

1 teaspoon ginger, chopped

2 oz. spring onions, chopped

1 dessertspoon soy sauce
Method
1. Soil the fish with salt in plenty of
water, bringing water to the boil before putting in the fish.
2. As soon as boiling is re-established, reduce heat and cook for 6
minutes.
3. Drain fish carefully and arrange on a serving dish.
4. Combine soy sauce, oil and ginger together, pour over the dish,
garnish with spring onions and serve.
Note:
For this dish, fresh ginger is preferable to ground ginger.
