Ingredients

  • 5 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon MSG

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1/2 cup oil for frying

  • 1 1/2 cup shredded onion

Method

  • Add D to eggs and beat lightly.
    Heat pan and
    '/2 cup oil; stir-fry onion until soft; add egg mixture and stir-fry until eggs become slightly scrambled, but are still soft (do not overcook). Remove eggs to serving plate and serve.
    *   Garnish with coriander.
