Steam Eggs Recipe

 

cooking time: 15 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 140 ml milk

  • 1 dessertspoon oil (o butter)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 280 ml water

Method

 

1. Beat the eggs, add milk, oil, salt, and water.
2. Whisk together in a bowl, then place the bowl in a steamer with a well fitting lid.
3. Steam for 15 minutes.


Note:
This dish should have the consistency of a custard.
