3 eggs
140 ml milk
1 dessertspoon oil (o butter)
1 teaspoon salt
280 ml water
Method
1. Beat the eggs, add milk, oil, salt, and water. 2. Whisk together in a bowl, then place the bowl in a steamer with a well fitting lid. 3. Steam for 15 minutes.
Note: This dish should have the consistency of a custard.
