Steamed Egg and Plaice Fillets Recipe

 

cooking times: 30 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 450 grams fillets

  • 4 eggs

  • 140 ml water

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1 tablespoon lemon peel, shredded

  • 3 spring onions, chopped

  • soy sauce

 

Method

 

1. Mince the fish fillets.

2. Beat the eggs with the water.

3. add fish with salt, pepper, oil and lemon peel.

4. Spread on a dish set on a rack in a pan of boiling. (the water to reach to within 1 inch of the rack)

5. Cover the pan, bring water to boil and steam for 30 minutes.

6. Sprinkle with spring onions and soy sauce and serve.
