Steamed Egg and Plaice Fillets Recipe

Method
1. Mince the fish fillets. 2. Beat the eggs with the water. 3. add fish with salt, pepper, oil and lemon peel. 4. Spread on a dish set on a rack in a pan of boiling. (the water to reach to within 1 inch of the rack) 5. Cover the pan, bring water to boil and steam for 30 minutes. 6. Sprinkle with spring onions and soy sauce and serve.
