Prawn (Shrimps) and Vegetables Omelette Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 dessertspoon oil

  • 57 grams prawns, peeled and diced

  • 43 grams chicken, diced

  • 43 grams ham, diced

  • 15 grams onions, chopped

  • 30 grams mushrooms, finely sliced

  • salt and pepper

  • 6 eggs, beaten

 

Method

 

1. Heat a pan and put all ingredients in it expect eggs. Cook for 2 minutes.

2. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Add eggs. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes and serve.
