Shredded Pork Omelette Recipe

113 grams raw pork, shredded

113 grams mushrooms, finely sliced

30 grams bamboo shoots, sliced

10 chives, chopped

salt and pepper

280 ml milk

1/4
teaspoon Ve-Tsin

4 eggs, beaten
Method
1. Heat oil in pan and fry the pork for
4-5 minutes.
2. Add mushrooms, bamboo shoots, chives and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Add milk and Ve-Tsin to eggs and pour mixture into the pan.
5. Cook for 1 minute and serve.
