Shredded Egg (Garnish) Recipe

 

cooking time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, well-beaten

  • little oil
     

Method

 

1. Grease a hot frying pan with just enough oil to cover the bottom.
2. Pour in a little of the egg in a thin pancake.
3. Cook slowly for 2
1/2 - 3 minutes.
4. Turn out, fold and cut into very fine shreds.
5. Repeat until all egg is used. Use as garnish for soups.
