Eggs with Spinach Recipe

 

cooking time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 113 grams leaf spinach

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 3 eggs, beaten

  • salt and pepper
     

Method

 

1. Wash spinach, shake out and fry briskly for 3 minutes in oil.

2. Remove from pan.

3. Chop the spinach, add to eggs, season with salt and pepper and whisk together.

4. Reheat the pan, making sure that the whole of the bottom of it is greased.

5. Pour in egg and spinach mixture.

6. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
