Eggs and Scallops Recipe

450 grams small fresh scallops

5 tablespoons cooking oil

1 teaspoon salt

teaspoon pepper

113 grams onions, chopped

1 tablespoon soy sauce

4 eggs

3-4 spring onions, chopped
Method
1. Cut the scallops into pieces.
2. Heat the oil and sprinkle salt and pepper into it.
3. Add onion and cook until transparent.
4. Add scallops, stir and cook uncovered on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with soy sauce.
6. Beat the eggs lightly, mix with spring onions, pour over scallops.
7. Cook until the eggs are set and serve.
