Braised Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oil
 

Method

 

  • Boil eggs for 4 minutes, put under running cold water for 5 minutes.

  • Shell, wipe and put in small saucepan with soy sauce and oil.

  • Braise gently for 5 minutes, basting frequently, until they turn brown.

  • Leave to get cold. Cut into quarters and serve.
