Braised Eggs Recipe
cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
4 eggs
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oil
Method
Boil eggs for 4 minutes, put under
running cold water for 5 minutes.
Shell, wipe and put in small saucepan with soy sauce and oil.
Braise gently for 5 minutes, basting frequently, until they turn
brown.
Leave to get cold. Cut into quarters and serve.
